Cigarettes and Dairy Queen

Mama Mia Too (image from Google Maps).  "Only after smoking many cigarettes and a visit to Dairy Queen did the taste of rancid meat start to fade" after eating at this restaurant in North Carolina.  Sounds appetizing.
