Ethiopian Food by U Street in DC

Queen Makeda Ethiopian Restaurant (image from Google Street View).  Ethiopian food is a big thing in DC.  Maybe some places are good.  But this place looks high-risk.  And Ethiopian food smells like it's low-reward.
